Lovely townhouse recently renewed, with a swimming pool, set in a very quiet and narrow street in the old town centre, in Pollensa, Mallorca.
The comfortable living room is open to the beautiful dining room, which has a window open to the terrace and the pool. The kitchen is on the right and is also open to the terrace, that features the large pool and a dining and living area. Upstairs there is a nice bedroom with a double bed, a large bathroom and a smaller one to the right. There is another bedroom to the left, with two comfortable single beds. On the second floor there is another bedroom with two single beds, open to a sunny terrace with sun lounges and a small dining area. The whole property is very tastefully decorated. Perfect to enjoy a great holidays in Mallorca.
It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed internet to be able to telework. We have recycling bins to take care of the environment.
Smoking is allowed outdoors

The old town of Pollensa is by far one of the most popular places in the north of Mallorca. Here there is a wide selection of exclusive restaurants and cafés that cater to the individual tastes of visitors.
Artists from all over the world have been coming to Pollensa for many years to be inspired by the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. Numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, the British writer Peter Ustinov, the German rock singer Peter Maffay and many others have chosen this beautiful place as their holiday destination or second home.
The village's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which is a small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year. Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.
At 6 km distance you will find the ( port )Puerto de Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafés and restaurants, clothing shops, supermarkets and doctors.

A welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

This chalet can accommodate babies. Cot and high chair included on request at no extra cost.
Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) to arrange together the handover of the keys.

Location was excellent, walking distance from everything. Interior was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Little extra like a welcome pack was an added bonus and made you feel appreciated.

We made the mistake of trying to drive to the property in an SUV, a small car would have been much better around the old town narrow roads. We found parking on the outskirts which we walked to and from each day.

Eine wunderschönes Haus, beste Lage mitten in der Altstadt, über 3 Ebenen, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt NICHTS, an alles ist gedacht, Verbandskasten, Waschmittelpods usw. Auch die Küche ist 1a ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber. Der see more
Eine wunderschönes Haus, beste Lage mitten in der Altstadt, über 3 Ebenen, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt NICHTS, an alles ist gedacht, Verbandskasten, Waschmittelpods usw. Auch die Küche ist 1a ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber. Der zur Verfügung stehende Parkplatz ist vom Haus aus in gut 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine direkte Anfahrt zum Haus sollte man dagegen besser vermeiden. Ist man mit etwas Größerem als einem Fiat 500 unterwegs, gestaltet sich diese etwas abenteuerlich. Wir hatten 1-2mal die Befürchtung unseren Hyundai Tuscon mit einer Brechstange aus einer der Gassen hebeln zu müssen. Supernette Vermieter, die einem jederzeit mit Tipps telefonisch zur Verfügung stehen.
