Description
Elegant townhouse located almost on the outskirts, in a very quiet area, but about a five-minute walk from the centre of Pollença. A beautiful entrance leads us to the staircase that takes us to the first floor, where we find a large living-dining room with a balcony overlooking the street, which provides beautiful views of the countryside and the mountain, a living room, a bathroom, and a spacious kitchen, which is open to a pleasant furnished terrace with a barbecue. On the second floor we find a large bathroom and three bedrooms, one of which opens onto another furnished terrace with views of the mountain. The third floor is a solarium with sun loungers and excellent views. There is a large free car park just around the corner.
Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas.
Air conditioning available 24 hours a day, in all rooms.
Its perfect location makes it a privileged holiday home.
For many years, artists from all over the world have come to Pollensa to find inspiration in the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. This beautiful village has also been chosen as a holiday destination by numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, the British writer Peter Ustinov and many others.
The landmarks of the village are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which is the small 18th century Baroque chapel. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
In the historic atmosphere of Pollença, numerous cultural events and music festivals are held.
6 km away is the (port) Port of Pollença, located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other tourist centres in Mallorca, the coast is not completely urbanised with multi-storey hotel complexes. Here you will find long sandy beaches bordered by pine trees and palm trees, a wide selection of cafes and restaurants, clothing shops, supermarkets and doctors.

A welcome basket is provided with each booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

It is a nice town house at a quite area. Accurate to the photos showed. Lots of stairs to climb and not suggested for young kids and elderly. So many doors in the house that you need some time to get use to, and properly locked before you go out. It see more

So many doors in the house that you need some time to get use to, and properly locked before you go out. It could be fun at first! It would be more friendly if the host can provide some basic amenities like more toilet rolls (there were only two half rolls for four people), hand wash soap and at least a sponge or a small towel in the kitchen. May be a packet of coffee and tea bags. Sometimes a little thing goes a long way. Thanks Pep for the bottle of wine and water! We recommend this house for young couples.

Auch das Zentrum von Pollença ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieter haben immer sehr schnell geantwortet.

Lovely townhouse in Pollenca. Had a wonderful two week holiday in this spacious house a few minutes walk from the main square. Felt really at home in this comfortable traditional house. Easy for parking either on the streetin the free car parkoppositsee more
Lovely townhouse in Pollenca. Had a wonderful two week holiday in this spacious house a few minutes walk from the main square. Felt really at home in this comfortable traditional house. Easy for parking either on the streetin the free car parkopposite. Good supermarket close by and plenty of charming local bars, restaurants and cafes within a short walk. The house is not suitable for people with disabilities due to the two flights of stairs but my elderly 84 year old husband had no problem with them. Beds OK, plenty of hot water and a good washing machine installed. In general it’s well equipped.
We were greeted by Pep who was very helpful and the bottle of wine was a nice touch. We would certainly go back and can recommend. |

The dishwasher was no good so gave up using it - it just didn’t work properly. We cleaned the filter but it was still useless. The only other minus for us was lack of English speaking channels on their TV. Fortunately we had taken our DVD player withsee more
