This completely renovated Mallorcan house offers the perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort, making it an ideal holiday accommodation for families, couples or groups of friends. The convenient location, comfortable furnishings and versatile facilities ensure an unforgettable and enjoyable stay on the beautiful island of Mallorca.
The house is divided as follows: A small entrance area leads directly into the cosy living area, to the left of which is a small bedroom with a 90 cm wide bed, followed by a bathroom. Next is the open-plan kitchen with access to the beautiful terrace. Also from the kitchen, a staircase leads to the first floor with a further 3 bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, a large double bed and a small private terrace with views of the pool and the ochre-coloured roofs of the surrounding area. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and are furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The house is built with stone walls to keep the interior cool in the hot summer months and there is central heating for cosy winter stays.
High-speed internet with 600 Mbps fibre optic ensures a fast connection, ideal for remote working or streaming. The house also has a SmartTV for entertainment.
There is also a barbecue and a garden table with chairs, which is ideal for grilling local produce and enjoying delicious meals al fresco. This is ideal for socialising. The sun loungers by the pool provide the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy the sun.
Highlights
The heated swimming pool is suitable for athletes and cyclists and is only available between 1 November and 1 June for 250 euros per week. After this time, the weather here is very warm and there is no need to heat the pool.
The town centre is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the local shops, cafés, restaurants and cultural attractions without a car.

Smoking is only permitted outdoors
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Very comfortable and cozy town house, right in the old town of Pollença, you can walk through the beautiful streets to many restaurants. The hosts gave us recommendations and helped us at all times.

This was a very easy and enjoyable stay. The location is perfect, Pollenca is very accessible by bus from the airport and local buses to Port de Pollenca seemed pretty frequent as well (obviously taxis available too!). The house was very tidy and clesee more

The house was very tidy and clean and all the appliances were of a high standard. The bottle of wine on our arrival was a nice touch :) Would highly recommend.

Lovely townhouse in the center of Pollença. Lots of good food close by and Pep was a fantastic host - great communication and friendly. We had a big car which made driving into Pollença a little tricky as the streets are tight. But it is worth it fosee more

Sehr komfortable und schöne Lage der Stadtvilla in der schönen historischen Altstadt von Pollenca. Die Umgebung ist äußerst ruhig. Wir konnten hervorragend entspannen. Der Pool ist ein Highlight, selbst im Hochsommer ist das Wasser sehr angenehm kühlsee more

Der Pool ist ein Highlight, selbst im Hochsommer ist das Wasser sehr angenehm kühl. Auf den sonnigen und schattigen Außenterrassen hatten wir alle viel Platz zum Entspannen und das Abendessen haben wir immer direkt am Pool eingenommen. Muy buena ubicación. La casa muy limpia y con todo lo que necesitábamos. Gran patio trasero con hermosas piscinas limpias y mesas y sillas al aire libre. Muy privado y agradable. Volveremos el año que viene. Aparcar el coche fue un poco difícil, pero siempre encontré lugar.

The center of town has a lot of atmosphere but the street where the house is located is quiet, you don't have to worry about noise at night. Thanks for everything!
