Description
Lovely villa with private pool in the countryside near Pollensa, in Mallorca, in a very quiet and private location. There is a private pool and a terrace with a dining area, a small living area and a barbeque. In the property there is a large kitchen with a dining area, that leads to a comfortable living room. To the left there are a bathroom and a nice bedroom. Upstairs there are two symmetrical bedrooms with a bathroom en suite each. A wonderful and friendly place to relax.
From the sun terrace, you have a marvellous view of the green oasis in the garden.

The holiday villa is located in the quiet area just 2 minutes drive from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente 5 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is to enjoy the tranquillity and visit the various beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.
In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday.
The landmark of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.
Puerto de Pollença the port of Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca and about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide choice of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels.
IMPORTANT
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.
Smoking is allowed outdoors
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and available 24 hours a day.

First time using Airbnb for a family trip with two young children. The villa is immaculately kept with everything you need. The outside space is wonderful we made use of the BBQ and pool often. A car is required with the nearest shops being a 7 minutsee more

A car is required with the nearest shops being a 7 minute drive away just on the outskirts of Pollensa. We would highly recommend this villa for anyone wanting to visit. This place is superb, we will likely be back again. Pep the host is also very accommodating.

Vi nød et par dejlige dage. Huset er fint, poolen er ikke opvarmet men hvad gør det når man er en Viking. Området er dejligt roligt, og værten var nem at skrive med. Så vi kan klart anbefale stedet.

Tolle Finca, mit viel Umschwung und schönem Garten. Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch nicht allzu weit weg von Pollenca (kaum 10 Min mit dem Auto). Raumaufteilung und Ausstattung i.O. Übernahme und Kommunikation mit Vermieter problemlos und informativ (Wegsee more

Grund für Abzug bei der Sauberkeit einzig darauf zu schliessen, dass das Leitungswasser (vermutungsweise) entsalzt/aufbereitet wird und deshalb vor allem auf Geschirr etc. stets "sandige" Rückstände verbleiben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und können die Finca guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen :-)

Wonderful country house located between Pollença and Puerto Pollença As soon as we enter the holiday home, we are greeted by the beautiful veranda, which gives us a direct view of the natural surroundings. We then enter the bright living room with dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave and much more. These two rooms have direct access to the outside area. The three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a large double bed and the other two have two single beds. All rooms share two bathrooms with a bathtub. Other facilities such as a table tennis table, the beautiful pool with outdoor shower and an impressive barbecue area are also available so that nothing stands in the way of enjoying hours of fun. This villa is ideal for families with young children.
