This villa stands out for its location as it is located on the famous GR 221 route that connects all the hiking trails in the Sierra de Tramuntana.
Here you can completely disconnect, enjoying the outdoor area with a large pool, a barbecue and a large garden.
The villa is developed on two floors. On the first floor is the living room, a spacious kitchen with a dining table. Then there are the sleeping area, two of them with double bed and air conditioning and the third with bunk beds. These 3 share a full bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor is the master bedroom with a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom. This one has large windows with mountain views.

In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday.
The landmark of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.
Puerto de Pollença the port of Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca and about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide choice of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The area is quiet and there are some hiking paths close to the house. The private pool was perfect to cool down after a long day and we loved the open barbeque place. Perfect for 3 couples!

The garden is amazing, we had some fresh lemonsoffered by the gardener, there was pomegranates, kiwis, oranges and avocados but sadly they were out of season when we went. Beautiful view from the pool and the stars at night are out of this world. There’s Eroski and Lidl supermarkets 10min drive from the house. Would definitely love to come back! ☺️

The house location is majestic, with a gorgeous view of the mountains. It was a privilege to sit by the pool amid the mountains and only hear the bells of sheep next door. However, you are still close to beaches and stores.. For those traveling in a see more

For those traveling in a larger group, should be aware that one of the bedrooms doesn’t have AC and the wifi doesn’t extend to any of the bedrooms downstairs. Pep was very responsive.

Wunderschöne Finca in sehr ruhiger Lage, die uns vom ersten Moment an begeistert hat. Der Pool, aber auch die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt! Da die Temperaturen uns einen Streich spielten, sorgte Pep sofort für Heizquellen, die uns den Aufenthalt see more
Wunderschöne Finca in sehr ruhiger Lage, die uns vom ersten Moment an begeistert hat. Der Pool, aber auch die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt! Da die Temperaturen uns einen Streich spielten, sorgte Pep sofort für Heizquellen, die uns den Aufenthalt im Haus angenehm machten. Pep war immer erreichbar wir konnten auch deutlich früher einchecken! Die Nähe zu Pollenca und den Einkaufsmärkte (LIDL usw.) sind perfekt. Kurz einmal Einkaufen gehen ist kein Problem! Die Zitronen, frisch von den Bäumen geerntet, sind ein Genuss! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können die FINCA uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielleicht können die angeschlagenen Kaffeetassen mal ausgetauscht werden.

The villa itself is spacious and very lovely. It was very clean. Everything was full functioning and working. The outdoor eating areas and BBQ are great. The pool was lovely and refreshing. There was plenty of places to sit in the sun and the shade when it was too hot. It was very quiet and private so perfect to getaway and relax. We are looking forward to returning.

Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage und Mückennetz am Fenster ausgestattet. Es wurde eine Zwischenreinigung nach 1Woche durchgeführt, dabei wurden Hand-und Pooltücher sowie die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter lief gut, Antworten kamen schnell. Wir können das Haus von Pep empfehlen!
