Description
Charming villa located 5 minutes away from the most non cala in Pollensa, Cala Sant Vicens. This viila is situable for the enjoyment of up to 8 people.
For larger groups you can rent the villa "Can Bojaca", which is next door and offers space for another 6 people.
The entrance takes you to the modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction. Next to it you will find a spacious dining room with a predominance of wood and stone, a charming fireplace, television with satellite and DVD and exit to the outside.
The property has 4 double comfortable bedrooms, all with air conditioning. One of them has a double bed of 150cm, lovely bathroom en suite and exit to the outside. The rest have 2 single beds of 90cm, one of which also has access to the outside, and they share 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
It should be noted the exterior area of the house since it has a porch that surrounds the house, giving rise to different areas with tables and chairs, in addition, one of these areas is enabled to cover completely with transparent canvases and thus be able to spend an evening in the outside in any weather. You will also find a fabulous barbecue, a toilet, a ping pong weight, swings, large garden with trees, swimming pool and plenty of parking.
The holiday villa is located in the quiet area of La Font, only 1.5 km from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa are 4 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is to enjoy the tranquillity and visit the various beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.
The old town of Pollensa is only 10 minutes away by car and is by far one of the most popular places in the north of Mallorca. Here there is a wide selection of exclusive restaurants and cafés that cater to the individual tastes of visitors.
Artists from all over the world have been coming to Pollensa for many years to be inspired by the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. Numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, the British writer Peter Ustinov, the German rock singer Peter Maffay and many others have chosen this beautiful place as their holiday destination or second home.
The village's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which is a small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year. Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.

This villa is absolutely amazing. Water and wine was waiting for us after we checked in (early!) and the place was spotless. All amenities available as described, the pool and outside area were utterly beautiful. Location was great, easy to walk to tsee more

One thing to note is you will have to take your rubbish to a nearby garbage point - if there’s a lot and you don’t have a car it can be heavy so keep on top of it :-) Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay!

Das Grundstück ist wunderschön und außerordentlich gepflegt, man hat zu jeder Tageszeit (und bei jedem Sonnenstand) eine gemütliche Ecke zum sitzen und entspannen. Besonderes Highlight ist natürlich der Pool mit ausreichend vielen Liegen ringsherum. see more
Das Grundstück ist wunderschön und außerordentlich gepflegt, man hat zu jeder Tageszeit (und bei jedem Sonnenstand) eine gemütliche Ecke zum sitzen und entspannen. Besonderes Highlight ist natürlich der Pool mit ausreichend vielen Liegen ringsherum. Super sind auch die Tischtennisplatte und der Billardtisch. Der Eigentümer ist supernett und hat uns täglich mit frischen Eiern und Zitronen aus seinem Garten nebenan versorgt.

Die Betten sind nicht besonders bequem und es riecht etwas muffig im Haus, aber wenn man dann mal richtig durchlüftet geht es. Im April ist es noch recht kalt im Haus, im Sommer ist das ja aber ein Plus. Ungünstig ist auch, dass man unbedingt ein Autsee more
