Description
Fabulous villa with swimming pool and wonderful surroundings to enjoy the nature and a great holidays.
This ancient and reformed villa relates to old times, but is equipped with all contemporary features. The large hall leads to a kitchen on the left with a graceful library over it, and to the large dining room, where the ancient and astonishing "tafona" is set. Then the spacious living room features a billiard table. There is also a clean bathroom downstairs. Outside, next to the kitchen, there is a lovely and comfortable barbeque area. The pool is set on the other side of the villa, all surrounded by a beautiful garden. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with three beds, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom en suite.
There is air conditioning in the living room and the bedrooms.
The central heating is included.
Fiber optic internet, ideal for working from home.
For larger groups you can also rent the villa "Can Segui petit", which is next door and offers space for another 8 persons.
It should be noted that we have fibre optics with high speed internet to be able to telework (100 MB), inside the house and on the terrace. We have recycling bins to take care of the environment.
Smoking is allowed outdoors

The holiday villa is located in the quiet area just 2 minutes drive from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente 5 km away. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.
In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday.
The landmark of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.
Puerto de Pollença the port of Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca and about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide choice of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels.

Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

This is a wonderful and amazing villa. It has a special and beautiful glow and carries such beautiful history. It is super spacious and has such great variety in atmospheres. We celebrated our stay there. Also it is very close to Port de Pollencaand see more
This is a wonderful and amazing villa. It has a special and beautiful glow and carries such beautiful history. It is super spacious and has such great variety in atmospheres. We celebrated our stay there. Also it is very close to Port de Pollencaand Pollenca and within a few drive minutes you can reach beautiful restaurants, the beach and supermarkets. The garden and the outdoor areas are small paradises and we absolutely loved them. The host was super friendly, we had great support. Every time there was a problem we would immediately get someone to take care of it. We appreciated the service. The only downside is that in some areas you can see that the villa would love some more care and attention (like for example the showers) so that the details in it match the amazing standard the house offers on itself. With these details fixed this is definitely a fantastic and unique experience to have. Thank you!

You can't help wanting to feed them and they are quick to help themselves if anything left out! Pool, barbecue and outdoor areas ok.

Die Finka liegt wunderschön in den Bergen, der Pool hat eine tolle Größe und wurde gepflegt. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und wurde vor längerer Zeit liebevoll renoviert. Es gab genug Platz für 8 Personen, genug Handtücher und Badetücher.

Wat een geweldige plek was dit. Meer dan ruim genoeg voor 2 gezinnen, ook bij slecht weer zijn er genoeg ruimtes in huis om niet bij elkaar op de lip te zitten, voor iedereen een plak! In de buurt van mooie strandjes, dorpjes en marktjes. Er waseven see more

In de buurt van mooie strandjes, dorpjes en marktjes. Er waseven een probleem met het warme water, maar na contact met verhuurder werd dat ondanks dat het weekeind was goed opgelost. Absoluut een aanrader, en genoeg suggesties aanwezig om in de omgeving te doen. Contact met verhuurder was vlot en compleet. We komen graag nog eens terug!
