Studio apartment with large southwest facing terrace and located right near the beach of Elviria. the location is very convenient; walking distance to the first class amenities of Elviria.
The apartment has a living area/bedroom, small kitchen and bathroom. The complex offers direct access to the beach and has several pools, play areas for children (with Fusbal, table tennis, wifi zone and playground) and a gymnasium with competitive rates (Romana Gym).
Elviria is a great family area with many top class facilities. It has the best beaches of Marbella and some top golf courses. Also it is home to the famous Nikki beach club and the five star hotels Don Carlos and Estrella del Mar.

Actually everything. I will come back.The Apartment is wonderful, clean and comfortable. The way to the beach is so short. Pools are very close to the apartment. The terasse is big and with a nice view. Perfect for holidays.

My first impression walking into the apartment was WOW IT'S SO CLEAN it was so fresh Marcos opened the patio door to allow fresh air to circulate! The apartment has everything needed for a couple to enjoy their stay and we really enjoyed the balcony with sea view during breakfast and again in the evening. The pools, grounds and beach access are FANTASTIC. The Supersol is an easy walk and there are plenty of restaurant options for dining out. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and not even 10 mins to Nikki Beach club the location was perfect for us. Wifi was fast and allowed me to connect for work purposes without issue. We will definitely stay here again and really enjoyed our stay.

The neighbor 2 apartments down the hall had a small yappy dog she left outside her apartment. It is a nuisance when walking past. We enjoyed everything within the apartment.

La wifi est uniquement dans l’appartement pas dans la résidence entière. Et je n’ai jamais eu accès au parking, nous nous garions dans la rue.

Bardzo wygodne i duże łóżko, przestronna szafa na ubrania i dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Bliska odległość do licznych restauracji i supermarketu, nieco dalej Lidl (5 minut samochodemǘ przystanki autobusowe/dłuższy spacer - ok. 30 minut). Nie było problemu z opuszczeniem studia o 5 nad ranem i pozostawieniem kluczy w lokalu. Landlord/opiekun studia komunikatywny i b. pomocny. Serdecznie polecam osobom lubiącym spokój i ciszę.

Nos gusto todo, era justo lo que buscábamos, a 1 minuto andando de una buena playa , sin problema de aparcamiento y sin aglomeraciones, piscina( para los dias q hace mucho viento en la playa) terraza, vistas parciales al mar .. y buenos chiringuitos see more

El único detalle en contra sería las 2 cajoneras de IKEA que la propietaria puso entre la cama y el sofá, estorban a la vista , son enormes y su utilidad es nula . Si las saca , ganaría mucho el apartamento . supongo el motivo es que la propietaria tsee more

Si las saca , ganaría mucho el apartamento . supongo el motivo es que la propietaria tiene sus efectos personales en 4 armarios interiores cerrados con llave, eso da mala imagen para los clientes . Un estudio de 35 m2 o menos no puede tener bloqueado medio armario empotrado porque el propietario quiera guardar sus pertenencias, que se alquile un trastero. También en el armario escobero contiene containers cerrados con llave . Debe gustarle mucho la pintura , pero ese Exceso de cuadros en las paredes , contamos hasta 8 cuadros !! Uno o dos máximo .. lo simple mejor ..y una enorme lámpara colgante en la mesa comedor, que se come la estancia y la tiene a 20 CM de la cabeza . Faltaría un decorador para optimizar el espacio y le aconseje con la decoración , el mobiliario, etc.. ganaría mucho más , aunque esta bien el apartamento si le quitas esas cajoneras y los cuadros y la lámpara! . La cocina aparte es un error también pues espacio pequeño ha de ser diáfano, es muy pequeña no tiene sentido que tenga una puerta .. y un tabique, lo quitas y ganas espacio.
