Tulio and Patricia were both wonder to deal with. My parents have stay here now for a second time. We would recommend it to anyone. It has an excellent location.

My mother left skincare items in the bathroom in a sealed bag. When I rang a day after they checked out I was told by Tulio that the cleaner had thrown them out. My mother was very disappointed. She also said she finds it difficult to believe as thesee more
My mother left skincare items in the bathroom in a sealed bag. When I rang a day after they checked out I was told by Tulio that the cleaner had thrown them out. My mother was very disappointed. She also said she finds it difficult to believe as they were very good creams that were expensive. When the cleaner finds something she should never throw it out before telling Tulio and contacting the guest first.
