Era la primera vez que contratamos un apartamento "particular" a través de booking.com. Reservé el lunes 15.09.2025 y nos facilitaron un solo número de teléfono para contactar con el anfitrión quien a pesar de dejar varios mensajes en su contestador, NO NOS CONTESTÓ. Tuvimos que esperar hasta el jueves día 18/09/2025 (dos días antes de entrar en el apartamento!) para que nos llamara "Patrick" quien trabaja para el anfitrión para concretar la entrega de llaves. Como pueden imaginar ya estábamos nerviosos por no haber podido hablar con nadie en los días previos. Con Patrick la comunicación fue muy fluida y correcta y la entrega de llaves se hizo sin problemas. La empresa que gestiona el apartamento se llama "Time and Home" y a pesar de seguir sus instrucciones para hacer el check-in correctamente con nuestros datos (DNI de mi marido y NIE mío), seguían enviándonos emails solicitando que hiciéramos el check-in cuando estaba ya hecho y confirmado! La empresa que cobra los &euro200,00 de garantía (Swikly) nos escribió para que hiciéramos fotos de todo lo que había en el apartamento en el caso de que no hubiera una lista con el inventario. Como pueden imaginar, después de conducir 9 horas desde el norte de España hasta Marbella, lo último que quería yo era tener que hacer fotos de todo lo que había en el piso! Patrick me dijo que no era necesario. Teniendo en cuenta que dejamos el piso en perfectas condiciones, confiamos que nos devuelvan los &euro200,00 en el plazo de 7 días desde nuestra fecha de salida, según consta en la documentación recibida.
