* We clean and then disinfect our properties with Ozone generators to assure a safe environment. Our cleaning staff wears gloves and masks. Keys are disinfected. We follow instructions provided by ICTE (Instituto para la Calidad turistica Española)
Studio located close to the beach in Edificio Coronado, Marbesa, Marbella. This studio less than 100 meters from the beach and quite close to the Don Carlos 5 star hotel resort in Elviria, Marbella.
The studio sleeps two in two separate single beds that are folded up in the cupboards for more space during the day.
Edificio Coronado offers a large shared pool and gardens and is located next to a camping site where a supermarket is located.
The studio in Marbella has capacity for 2 people.
The studio is homely, and is 35 m². It has views of the garden.
The property is located 50 m from DIA supermarket, 150 m from Marbesa sand beach, 2 km from Santa maria golf golf course, 45 km from Málaga airport. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood close to a shopping area and restaurants.

Wer gerne abends feiern mag, bietet sich die Pizzeria " Crazy Pizza" als beste Möglichkeit, da feiern sie manchmal bis 3 Uhr morgens " Sehr Laut", dass man nicht schlafen kann, nach einer Beschwerde haben sie eine Nacht nur bis 00:30 Uhr gefeiert, amsee more

I loved the apartment and the complex. There was a lovely view from the balcony of the garden, the local park and palm trees with birds nesting. The beach was only a few minutes walk away as was the bus stop for the number 6 bus which was an excellensee more

It was a shame that the local supermarket was closed and the host said I would need to get a taxi to and from the nearest supermarkets but actually there was a good choice of supermarkets available along the number 6 bus route which would be good infsee more

This is a lovely location close to the beach, restaurants. Buses to Marbella and Fuengirola are close by and are regular and good value. The apartment itself is comfortable with a sunny balcony and we were able to get our keys easily on arrival.
