Description
Very cozy one bedroom house with private garden in the area of Costabella, Marbella. The best beach of Marbella is only a 200 meter walk and you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars at walking distance.
This is a perfect relax destination. The house is comfortably outfitted and offers room for maximum 3 people since there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is a south facing garden with sun loungers, sun shading, outdoor shower in the back of the house and a outdoor patio for breakfast or shade on a hot day on the front. The kitchen has all neccesary appliances like microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, toaster, kettle and juice maker.
Wifi and satellite TV (german, english, french and spanish channels) are available to our guests. Outside on the patio there is a cupboard with the washing machine.
Costabella has without a doubt one of the nicest sandy beaches of Marbella. The area hosts many nice beach restaurants and has shopping facilities and some bars.

AS informed earlier you should tell all clients that a key should never be left in the lock of the inner side of the entrance door, as it is then impossible to open the door with another key from the outside. This we did not know and is only the casesee more

This we did not know and is only the case in Spain (as told by your mr Tulio when it happened). It cost us EURO 290, which we find unfair.

La maison est idéalement située, à proximité de la mer (accessible sans devoir traverser la grand'route) et des commerces et lieux de restauration, une place de parking privative est prévue, le quartier est très calme (NB : nous y sommes allés en janvier, pas en haute saison). La maison est très fonctionnelle, bien équipée et d'une propreté impeccable. Il y avait des glaçons dans le surgélateur (petite attention bienvenue) -) Terrasse et petit jardin avec mobilier : top !
