Eden Roc is a bright and spacious luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment just 15 minutes walking distance to Puerto Banus and beaches. Sleeping up to 6 people, this 138 sq m (plus 37 sq m terrace) apartment offers exceptional standards of accommodation, fabulous views from its 37 sq m South West facing terrace, and a very convenient location in Nueva Andalucia.
Eden Roc is located in the exclusive and award winning Aldea Blanca complex with 24hr security and featuring four swimming pools, jacuzzis, and exquisitely maintained sub-tropical gardens. Centro Plaza with its shops, bars and restaurants is only a 5 minute walk away, La Sala restaurant and Breathe are 8 minutes walk, but even more excellent restaurants, a delicatessen and a supermarket are literally just across the road. Puerto Banus and its beaches are a 15 minute stroll away making Aldea Blanca one of only a few quality complexes in Marbella where a car is not essential.
The bright modern lounge and separate dining area are well furnished with sofas, a coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs and sideboard. There is a 42' TV with over 500 multi-national TV channels and free high speed WI-FI internet. Hot and cold air conditioning provides a comfortable environment throughout the year.
Double patio doors from the lounge open out onto the spacious furnished terrace overlooking the gardens and communal swimming pool with outside jacuzzi and benefiting from all day sun. The terrace includes a large dining table for six people as well as a gas bbq and two sunbeds. It has a retractable awning. As this terrace is South West facing the sun tends to start shining on it from around 11am every morning, for the rest of the day.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, built-in electric oven, a gas hob and microwave. The adjacent utility room benefits from washing machine, and an iron and ironing board supplied for your convenience.
The well-appointed master bedroom features a queen-sized bed with matching furniture. Fitted wardrobes provide generous storage space with drawers. Patio doors open directly onto the main terrace area. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower, marble topped twin vanity unit, and toilet.
The second guest bedroom is well proportioned and features 2 single beds and ample fitted wardrobes
The third guest bedroom features a double bed with sliding fitted wardrobes. The patio door from this bedroom leads directly onto the main terrace.

Electric roller shutters and mosquito nets serve all rooms fronting the terrace. There is also a safe and hairdryer.
