A nicely appointed apartment with beautiful views in Calahonda in the Mijas Costa area on the Costa del Sol. Offering ample space on two floors with a living room, terrace and kitchen on the upper level (where you enter the property) and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the -1 level.
The apartment in the area of Calahonda - Mijas Costa has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people.
It is located in an ideal area for families with beautiful communal gardens and pool, just 10 minutes from the beach by car.
A east facing 12 m² terrace with beautiful views, internet access (wifi), central heating, air conditioning in all the accommodation, outdoor parking in the same building.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped. It is a very spacious and nice apartment to enjoy holidays or a short break.
Malaga airport is 30 minutes by car. Calahonda has a beautiful wooden boardwalk for morning runs or evening strolls. Marbella is about 15 minutes by car and Fuengirola about 15 minutes as well.
The property has secure parking and is in a fully fenced complex. A (rental) car is advisable as the amenities are not located walking distance from the apartment.
