Enjoy one of the best panoramic sea views you can imagine in the Marbella / Benahavis area. This three bedroom luxury apartment with a large covered south facing terrace is located in the area of Reserva de Alcuzcuz in the building called Botanic. Welcome to peace and greatest luxury, to one the most respected area in Spain and Europe, La Reserva Del Alcuzcuz. Entering the premises pretty quickly it is clear why this name was chosen as the gardens are a small paradise of a mixture of one part Mediterranean style vegetation and the other part tropical vegetation. Within the grounds there are several walkways connecting the buildings and two pools.
The spacious apartment has a large open plan living/dining/kitchen with large sliding doors opening to the terrace making sure you can enjoy the amazing sea view from the comfort from the sofa and even from the kitchen. Two bedrooms are located on the backside of the property with north facing windows and the master suite opens up to the front terrace. There are two bathrooms, one master suite bathroom and one bathroom shared by the other two bedrooms.
The location is just of the Ronda road and very nearby shopping facilities of La Heredia with a cafeteria, butcher and bakery. A little further down the road is a Superior express supermarket and Puerto Banús and San Pedro are a small drive by car away. On of the best parts of this location is that it is next to the famous los Arqueros golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros. Within a 10 minute drive you also have access to many other famous golf courses like Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha and El Paraiso.
